Im just tired. From everything.
each time I said I want to take a rest from dance after a event
to charge myself and den chiong again
but I found myself still going on for another each time.
feeling that if I stop for a period
I will fall far behind everyone else
it feels so competitive
that shouldn’t be the case
it should be enjoying
And these Ikeda Sensei’s guidances came to my mind each time I want take rest:
- This lifetime will never come again; it is precious and irreplaceable. To live without regret, we must have a concrete purpose, continually setting goals and challenges for ourselves. And we need to keep moving toward those specific targets steadily and tenaciously, one step at a time.
- Do you give up the struggle to overcome your own limitations on the first attempt, or do you keep on with it,trying a second time, a third time, and continuing on in the challenge for the rest of your life? That is the only difference between the genius and the ordinary person.
The guidances are the reason
why I find myself taking challenges one after another
I think I’ve grow stronger after each challenge.
strong for another challenge
that’s why didnt stop for a year or so
===================================================
I think I care too much
of what will people say of me
wonder too much of what kind of person I am of their thought
I dun used care bout all this last time
As long as I know what kind person I am
I dun care how people think
cos I can’t control how they think
but now I care
maybe I dun want what’s not fact of me become “fact” by words of others
cos that feeling sucks
each time I hear bout bad stuff of a person
I know it’s bad
though I might at time join talking bout the person too
that’s why most of the time, I find myself just listening
and not taking in opinions of the others of the person
I will and shall not judge people too
I’m not the kind of person who talks bad bout people
not last time and will not be.
I know the feeling sure sucks and hurts if the person knows.
which I find this quote from Mother Theresa very meaningful
- If you judge people, you have no time to love them.
And these Ikeda Sensei’s guidance very true
- It is much more valuable to look for the strengths in others—you gain nothing by criticizing people’s imperfections.
- When you devote yourself to achieving your goal, you will not be bothered by shallow criticism. Nothing important can be accomplished if you allow yourself to be swayed by some trifling matter, always looking over your shoulder and wondering what others are saying or thinking. The key to achievement is to move forward along your chosen path with firm determination.
Shall not be bother of what people says of me, as of character.
But of cos for dance wise, I will listen to the critics/comments.
so that I know where to improve.
I get alot of help from all those comments.
and I appreciate.

I’m just tired.
mentality and physically
being the one leading
makes me feel human relationships is not easy to handle
Which brings these Sensei’s guidances to my mind for human relationship and leadership:
-Genuine sincerity opens people’s hearts, while manipulation causes them to close.
-Thank you is a miraculous expression. We feel good when we say it, and we feel good when we hear it. When we speak or hear the words thank you, the armor falls from our hearts and we communicate on the deepest level.
-People who cease to grow can’t inspire others. Leadership begins with challenging oneself.
-Every person, no matter how accomplished, has shortcomings. Conversely, no matter how bad someone’s negative tendencies, that person definitely has strong points. The key is to identify an individual’s strengths and give him or her the opportunity to succeed
-Rather than judging people as competent or incompetent, it is best to look for each person’s positive qualities. We should discover and praise their inherent strengths and abilities. Whether or not capable people are fostered comes down to the resolve and effort of the people who take responsibility for their growth.
with all these Sensei’s guidances
I think I learn alot of human relationship and leadership.
from leading Chingay Bladers group to now taking the Lockin’ group
I might not be a good leader still
but from the guidances
I learn what quality a leader should have
and how to go about for human interaction/relationship.
Jia you bah Junwei..Keep =D
Was reading news from Sg Yahoo New, came across this sentence
I quote from Eleanor Roosevelt, American first lady (1884-1962)
“It isn’t enough to talk about peace. One must believe in it. And it isn’t enough to believe in it. One must work at it.”
Yes, I strongly agreed. One must work at it for peace. Peace is not just by talking and believing. It starts with each and individual self.
